Clearance Items & Final Sale Policy
All clearance items at Monaco Noir are sold as final sale and cannot be returned or refunded unless a product defect or damage is identified upon receipt.

If your clearance item arrives damaged, please contact our customer care team within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or issue store credit to ensure your satisfaction.

30-Day Return Policy for Full Retail Price Items
We offer a 30-day return policy for items purchased at full retail price. To qualify for a return, items must:

  • Be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
  • Include the original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase.

Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the original purchase date. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping fees.

Replacements for Clearance Items
Although clearance items are non-returnable and non-refundable for general concerns, we understand that occasional sizing or color discrepancies may arise. In such cases, we are pleased to offer a free replacement for the correct size or color, provided it is available. If a replacement is not possible, we will work with you to find the most suitable resolution.
